Heavy Duty Mechanic
We are seeking a full time, fully qualified Heavy duty Mechanic who has varied and practical experience working with commercial trucks, including some welding experience to join their growing team of professionals.
This role will focus on performing a variety of on-site services, as well as assisting the technician team as needed and will service customers in and around Calgary. Working from home, the Technician will be supplied with a company vehicle along with the equipment required to do the job. A comprehensive training program will be included.
Job Type / Category
Earnings estimated to be between $65,000 and $120,000 + and include a company vehicle, with benefits starting after 3 months. Mobalign offers a complete package of employee benefits, offering excellent medical, and dental.
Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of heavy-duty mechanical experience
- Possess organisational and time management skills
- Must be physically fit and able to work on vehicles with heavy duty tools
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with working on Commercial trucks and/or trailer experience a plus
- Must be a motivated, self-starter with a positive attitude
- Possess a class 5 driver’s license
- Experience in dealing with customers and building relationships
