The estimated initial investment for a franchise starts at approximately $150,000 and is dependent on the range of services available in your area.
The continuing services or “royalty fee,” is 8% of your gross sales and is paid weekly. This fee entitles you to use the “Mobalign” service mark, use of a distinctive system, marketing assistance, ongoing business development and consulting, and other benefits that come with owning a Mobalign franchise.
We are restricted by the Federal Trade Commission and various state franchise sales regulations from providing you with specific profit projections. To learn more about actual experiences, we will encourage you to speak with existing franchisees during our application process.

You will not receive an exclusive territory. We will grant you a territory (called an “area of primary responsibility” or “APR”), defined by zip codes/post codes or other physical, political or natural boundaries.
As a new franchisee, you will spend a minimum of $5,000 on grand-opening advertising during the first three months of operations. You will also spend a small percentage of your gross sales per month on local advertising. In addition, you will be expected to make Marketing Fund contributions of 2% of your weekly gross sales toward corporate marketing.
The initial training covers all material aspects of the operation of a Mobalign franchise and is comprised of classroom and on-the-job training. It typically takes 6 weeks.
Each location is different, depending on a variety of factors such as training. However, it typically takes approximately 10 weeks from signing the franchise agreement to opening day.
The initial term of the Franchise Agreement is five years from the date the Franchise Agreement is signed. The franchise is renewable for three successive terms of five years each, providing you have complied with the provisions of the Franchise Agreement.
